The powders with a crystallite size of 3-5 nm have been prepared by the reverse coprecipitation. The effect of coprecipitation temperature on the size of crystallites and agglomerates has been studied. The cubic phase alone has been found to exist at temperatures above 550°C in the compositions under investigation. |
