A. Fradkov. CYBERNETICAL PHYSICS: BLEND OF PHYSICS AND CONTROL
PhysCon 2003, Plenary Talk.
Abstract: In the talk some key results and problems of cybernetical physics - studying physical systems by cybernetical means, will be discussed. The subject and methodology of cybernetical physics will be outlined. Transformation laws for Hamiltonian and dissipative systems under bounded control will be presented. Application to feedback resonance phenomenon in nonlinear oscillators and its consequences for physics (controlled Kapitsa pendulum, feedback escape from potential wells, controlled dissociation of diatomic molecules) will be discussed. A number of other real and potential applications in science and technology will be surveyed. The results to be presented extend the previous ones [1-4].
