Born Sept.29, 1963, received Diploma degree from Leningrad Mechanical Institute (Control Systems Dept.) in 1986, Candidate of Sciences degree from Baltic State Technical University in 1994. Currently he is associate professor in Control Systems Dept. of BSTU. His interests are in field of numerical techniques and software engineering, numerical analysis of dynamic systems with constraints. He has 20 publications, including the textbook "Basics of Mathematical Modelling".
