Born Dec.28, received Diploma degree in mathematics from Leningrad State University (Theoretical Cybernetics Dept.) in 1986, She is a researcher in IPME, working in the field of nonlinear control, cascade systems control; control of mechanical systems with constraints. Ms.Panteley has 25 publications. In 1992 she was a winner of 2nd Baltic Student Olympiad on Automatic Control. In 1992 she visited the University of Linkoping, Sweden; In 1995 and 1996 visited the University of Compiegne, France, in 1998 she was with the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of California in Santa-Barbara.
