• International Conference "Films and Coatings"

The conference discusses the results of theoretical and experimental research in the field of condensed matter physics and mechanics, low-temperature plasma physics, formation of films and coatings by plasma and related methods obtained over the past two years since the previous conference. Special attention will be paid to the study of surface properties and coatings, methods of their research, new coating materials, including nanomaterials, new areas of their use, the development of modern equipment and technological processes, surface preparation and many other issues.

• All-Russian conference with international participation "Vacuum equipment and technologies"

The conference is devoted to discussing the latest achievements in the field of vacuum and gas discharge physics at low pressure, vacuum production techniques, pressure measurement and tightness control, methods of film deposition and surface treatment, creation of promising materials, etc. Special attention is paid to the application of vacuum technologies in industry and scientific research and, in particular, in the nuclear industry, metallurgy and extractive industries. The issues of education, advanced training and training of highly qualified specialists are subject to discussion.
