On the morning of December 28, at the age of 75, Dmitry Anatolyevich Indeitsev, an outstanding scientist, friend, colleague, mentor, teacher, a bright and wonderful person, passed away. It's impossible to believe. He courageously fought the disease and worked until the last second. Yesterday, on December 27, he led a meeting of the Dissertation Council, and today he is no longer among us. Colleagues are grateful to him for the responsibility he assumed as director and then scientific director of the Institute. Students who were lucky enough to study with Dmitry Anatolyevich remember with gratitude his most interesting lectures, graduate students and postgraduates will always remember their scientific supervisor, who opened the way for them to scientific life, the staff of our institute will never forget seminars and heated scientific debates with the active participation of Dmitry Anatolyevich. Friends and family are orphaned forever, having lost a true friend and a close loving person. Hearing or seeing a new problem from almost any field of science, Dmitry Anatolyevich instantly lit up and enthusiastically immersed himself in the problem, finding extraordinary solutions. Dmitry Anatolyevich never showed his superiority, respected the opposite opinion and always stood on an equal footing with the talk partner. Dmitry Anatolyevich was an ideal opponent, very gently pointing out the shortcomings of the work, without detracting from its merits and achievements. His big heart, as well as the doors of his office, was always open to everyone. We will miss Dmitry Anatolyevich very much.
