S A Vakulenko was a visiting professor and researcher in  Lyon 1998-2003, Rennes 2004-20010, Montpellier 2012, Linkoping 2012- 2019, Bonn University 2012-2019, KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, University of Chicago, 2012, 2015, 2016). In  2010-2024 S Vakulenko is a consultant for University of Chicago, Department Ecology and Evolution, which is one of leading departments in biology.   In 1995-2021  S Vakulenko was a head and a participant of number international and Russiam projects (Sweden, France, German and USA) for nonlinear waves, ecology, chemical kinetics and evolutionary biology.
