At the All-Russian VSPU 2024 conference (XIV All-Russian Meeting on Management Problems) in a solemn atmosphere, Alexander Lvovich Fradkov and Igor Borisovich Furtat, the chairman and the secretary of the newly created own dissertation council of IPMash 2.3.1 «System analysis, control and processing of information, statistics», presented the first diploma of Doctor of Sciences issued by the order of the IPMash RAS Director.

The degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences was awarded to Pavel Alexandrovich Gushchin based on the results of an impeccable defense of his dissertation on the topic «Control with a guarantee of a given quality of regulation in steady-state and transient conditions» on November 14, 2023.
