IPMash RAS scientists are the winners of the RSF regional competition
On March 6, the Russian Science Foundation summed up the results of three regional competitions: of small individual scientific groups, of individual scientific groups, as well as of a competition for conducting exploratory research.
Among the winners are 2 projects by IPMash RAS employees:
— The project led by the chief researcher Sergey Arsenyevich Kukushkin, Dr Sc. Physics and Mathematics, “Development of a technology for creating a new platform for production of heterostructures of wide-band semiconductor materials for microlight diodes, Schottky diodes and other electronic elements based on a silicon nanocarbide substrate on silicon” (a competition for conducting exploratory research).
— The project led by the senior researcher Nina Sergeevna Selyutina, Dr Sc. Physics and Mathematics, “Development of a relaxation kinetic model of irreversible deformation and destruction of composite materials under shock-fatigue loading” (a competition of small individual scientific groups).
We congratulate the winners and wish them further success!
