The work is devoted to topical problems in the creation of high-precision control systems for non-stationary dynamic objects, one of which is the development of methods for identifying and synthesizing such systems, taking into account various kinds of restrictions due to the modes of operation of objects of this class. Currently, the main approach to the synthesis of control systems for objects of this class is the cybernetic approach, which generates cyber-physical systems, including intelligent electromechanical systems (IEMS), which have a modular structure and the ability to adapt to the non-stationarity of control objects, the influence of external influences and restrictions.
We study the general problems of identifying such systems, when it is important to maintain the physical adequacy of predictive models and the feasibility of control laws. The synthesis of identifiers is formalized in the form of solving problems of mathematical programming.
Methods for identification and analysis of signals are being developed for information-measuring systems of test benches (with split rods of Hopkinson-Kolsky, with a gas gun, etc.), intended for dynamic testing of samples of various materials for strength.
